The purpose of IVAS Guesthouse is to provide you with authentic accommodation experiences. We consider it important to communicate with you the measures we take to ensure health and safety in our premises. We strictly carry out the cleaning of all accommodation areas, carefully following the cleaning, hygiene and disinfection protocols.
These protocols include:
- Regular training of our employees in hygiene issues as well as coverage of all staff with personal protective equipment.
- Clearly established cleaning and disinfection cycles at all points.
- Visible placement of hand sanitizers.
- Frequent cleaning and washing of busy areas and frequent touch surfaces.
- Immediate response to emergency cleaning in case of an accident.
Taking into account the current concerns about the new coronavirus 2019 (covid19), we have established accommodation rules in order, together with the appropriate hygiene protocols and operating procedures, to ensure the well-being of our guests during their stay with us.
These accommodation rules include:
- We provide our guests with a face mask, in case of cough and / or sneezing.
- Guests outside the guest house are only allowed after contacting the host.
- To avoid any health problems from goods and / or services of third parties consumed inside the hotel, we do not allow external food delivery services (delivery).
Our goal is security and the provision of high quality personalized services.
For this reason:
- We precautionarily provided all the protective equipment to the employees.
- We take measures for continuous disinfection of desktops, as well as public and private spaces.
- Thorough cleaning and very good ventilation of the room during the hours between stays.
- Frequent cleaning of the room during the stay (avoid contact of cleaning workers with a possible case and further transmission).
- For added security, check in and check out times are changed (11:00 check out 15:00 check in). Disinfection of the keys.
- We limit congestion in common areas.
- In case of illness, the IVAS hostel informs the General Hospital of Volos at 24210 94200 and the National Organization of Public Health (EODY) at 1135 or 210 5212054 for further instructions.
As part of our commitment to the health and well-being of our visitors, employees and society, we are closely following the developments regarding the new coronavirus 2019 (covid19) with regular updates and guidance from the National Public Health Organization (NOC). D.Y.) and the Ministry of Health, as well as by additional governmental and European organizations. Based on the guidance we have received and the general state of our readiness, we are confident that our facilities and services are still safe and our teams are ready to serve our guests.
